Ben Gardier leads Blue Creek Capital Partners, and has two decades of experience in finance, executive management, and management consulting. Prior to founding Blue Creek Capital Partners, Ben was a partner at Professional Equity Management (PEM), a middle-market real estate private equity firm. During his time at PEM, Ben oversaw various responsibilities, including acquisitions, due diligence, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, capital markets, tax advisory, financial reporting, and special committee assignments. Under his leadership, PEM generated a net internal rate of return to investors in excess of 37%.

Prior to that, Ben was the CFO of National Laser Institute (NLI), the largest medical aesthetics school in North America, where he managed all aspects of finance and accounting and also played a vital role in implementing business strategies. 

Ben's expertise extends to M&A advisory and management consulting, where he worked as a Partner at Bond & Greenleaf, advising on over $1 billion worth of M&A opportunities primarily in the oil and gas, chemicals, textiles, and forestry industries.

Ben holds a Master's of Taxation degree from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business and a Bachelor's of Science in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix, and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
